Not Good

I downloaded this for free, and am glad this is the case. Im not exactly sure what the goal or purpose this app is supposed to have. Description is strange. Im not sure what is meant by "sending electrons" to another country. This just shows pings being identified. If you want to find locations on the earth, use Google Earth instead.
